Q: How to open the lock?
  • A: Press the shackle like 1 second, until white light flashes, put your registered finger on the pad to open it.
Q: How to lock it?
  • A: Press the shackle down directly.
Q:  How to clear your fingerprints?
  • A: Press the shackle for 10 seconds, blue light flashes first, then turn to red quickly, now put your registered finger on the pad, until the light turns green, that means your fingerprint got clear. At this time, the lock can be open with any finger again.
